Reset Your Year

Ready to (re)start 2024?

Join us for a daytime Lunar New Year workshop to gain clarity on your 2024 aspirations, create a plan to make things happen and set intentions in a supportive community.

2023 was a doozy. Many of us closed the year with an exhausting sprint to the finish, hurdling professional deadlines, holiday obligations and personal commitments.

We barely caught our breath before dashing into the new year. Lunar New Year is the perfect time for rejuvenated beginnings.

Join us for a morning of reflection, connection and preparation in a greenery-filled penthouse in downtown Ann Arbor.

Saturday, February 10th, 2024
10am - 1pm
Cahoots - 206 E. Huron Street, Ann Arbor, MI

This workshop is designed to help you harvest lessons from the past year and harness New Moon Energy to get clear on what you'd like this fresh new Year of the Dragon to hold.

We’ll meet in Cahoots Cafe to mingle and make introductions before heading upstairs. Note: Penthouse is only accessible by climbing two flights of stairs.

Guided by the careful hand of an ICF-accredited coach, we’ll amplify the power of awareness and intention by reflecting and creating within community.

Together we’ll delve into thoughtful prompts and reflective practices to take a powerful look at the past year.

You'll use that wisdom to determine your starting point and identify the resources, skills and practices you can rely on to navigate this next year.

Tickets are $25. Scholarship tickets are available -- we want to make the workshop accessible to a wide audience.

What You’ll Receive:

  • Three-hour workshop, facilitated by an ICF-accredited coach
  • Custom workbook to use throughout 2024, complete with a plan for next steps
  • A standing invitation to monthly reflection events, designed to provide accountability and support to achieve your goals

New moons represent a fresh start. And Lunar New Year is an ideal time to set the foundation for long-term success.
